There is a need for global facilitation of higher education. The higher education needs to be viewed in global perspective. It was accepted that internationalization did offer some benefits in the form of increased access to advanced programmes, addition of an international dimension to curricula and improvement in the quality of education through of example and competition. In the case of higher education, internationalization is manifested in many ways including student and faculty mobility, institutional collaboration in developing of curricula, teaching and research and the delivery of educational programmes across national borders.
